Mariadda is a fraudulent company that attracts candidates by offering high salaries. They make people work for 3–4 months but fail to pay their salaries. Whenever employees follow up regarding payment, the company keeps sending emails claiming that the salary has been processed and will be credited the following week. They repeatedly ask employees to inform them once the payment is received, but the salary never arrives.
The company also appears to use fake profiles to contact candidates. Some of these profiles seem to belong to individuals from Pakistan and Bangladesh, yet they are presented as Indian employees or representatives. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity and credibility of the organization.
Another suspicious practice involves claiming that they are opening an online account for employees and that a verification kit will be sent. Employees are instructed to fill out the kit and return it to the provided address. However, when attempts are made to verify or send documents to that address, no company exists there. Furthermore, despite having people working for them during the probation period and beyond, the company has never provided a genuine office address to its employees.
Based on these experiences, job seekers should exercise extreme caution before accepting any offer or sharing personal information with this company.
