I'm Gangadhara Rao Irlapati,a poor&helpless scientist with an ideal to serve the people through scientific researches.Governments didn't support&provide research opportunities. I built a small lab at my house and conducting over a 1000 researches&studies since 1965 to still now on anticipating weather conditions&natural calamities in advance and found many inventions&discoveries just like
*Bio-forecast,Astro-climate Periodic Tables, National Geoscope Projects,Global Monsoons Time Scales etc that can be performed in easy methods&at complicating infrastructure, with big amount&at no cost by common people&great researchers.
In addition, I have designed&prepared
many models to make inventions such as Creation of life, Artificial storms,Artificial rains,Artificial underground waters,Geo-Machine,Time-Machine,Bio-Machine etc and tried to findout but couldn't completed due to lack of support&opportunities.

But however much efforts did tho, I couldn't get recognition either by governments or societies.Research institutions&researchers insulted and humiliated me.My doctrines were exposed to the anger of superstitions&noble ones.I am a victim of negligence,racism and discrimination. Political recommendations&officials support,region&religion, cash&caste may play a key role in giving support&opportunities,honor&fame,awards&rewards. But I have none of them.
*My researches&studies are very useful to researchers/students who want to make new inventions&discoveries. I am now making my life's last journey with disregard&despair and poverty&illness.
